Attention: We do not provide technical support for third party scripts or modified MemHT Portal files

When asking a support question, you must include some informations to permit us in giving you the correct and quick answer:

- The site url (No support is given for localhost sites)
- MemHT Portal version (1.5/2.9/3.7.0...)
- Host (Linux/Windows/Other)
- Installed addons and third party scripts
- Of course, the error message
- Screenshot of the error (optional)

If those items are missing, the post could be completelly ignored or even closed/deleted (no exceptions)
