I took it off and replaced it with a Powered with MemHT at the bottom I respect other peoples work but don't like it to be so demanding.

I have both. I put a powered by memht in the logo and kept the footer. I don't think it's demanding.

Yeah I put it how it was, regardless of asking mem personally and got an OK I removed the comments.
