the resend() function in the user page is missing a declaration.

the current line is:
global $siteConfig,$visitorInfo;

which should be:
global $dblink,$siteConfig,$visitorInfo;

i noticed this when i was trying to use that function and kept getting the following error:

"Fatal Error: call to member function on a non-object"

after i corrected the line everything works just fine

this is in the latest version of MemHt ver 3.8.1
