You can add all banners you want in the same time. Banners with the same position will be displayed randomly.

But how about two different banners at one position (under eachother) at the same time?

I said that banners with the same position are displayed randomly, they cannot be shown at the same time by one instance. If you want to show more banners in the same time of the same position you must "duplicate" the block or instances, example adding 2 times the advertising block or putting 2 times showBlock(N);
