Is it possible to add a few things to the download plugin?

1-Ability to upload files
2-Ability to upload screenshot for download
3-Ability to create custom fields for downloads just like in user profile
4-Ability to use a category images
5-Ability to rate downloads
6-Top rated downloads block with rating stars,size,downloaded times etc.

I am thinking about making a website for mobile themes and programs. So, the ability to create custom fields, upload files with screenshots and being able to display it on the front page of category would be great.

Hope i am not asking for too much.
