Can we download it and apply on our websites?

I think this answer can only be answered by mem but after seeing ang seeing people asking this and always seeing the same answer I permit my self to answer this question for mem

NO you can't And i think this is quite normal.

Maybe if you wait he will release it when he maid himself a new one like MemHT v7 Template!!!!!

Templates used on memht.com are not released untill i change them. For example memht.com is using memht_v8 at the moment and old memht_v7 and memht_v6 templates have been published

The memht_v8 is the unic from all templates that I like and is not available? For this reason I prefer joomla, for the variety of templates what I find in the joomla comunity.

Memht is still small compared to Joomla ect. and notice that joomla is a howl community with 1000 of developers and users!
memht has only 1 developer, Designer, Supporter, add on Writer(and maybe a few more).
Thats why memht hasn't got as much templates as Joomla but the CMS is Brilliant And if prefer Memht for the design and for the Support/Community and because it is a good CMS with a lot of potential!
