I can't understand how to change the argument name and icon for the news!
Can you help me please?

First at all welcome to the forum of Memht.

Ok you ask how make the changes to the argument in the News.

First:

In the section named "Argumments" is the place where you create the general list of the main temes of your information:

Guide section;
Articles section;
News section;

Here no matter the names or number of temes you create, the most important thing is you organize by your self the temes or arguments in order to find and put in each section to be published.

example:


Guide: (contain dogs blends)fixed info
Related Arguments:
Masttif
Chihuahua
poodle

Articles: fixed and new info(contain sprecific information)
Care of your Pet
Medication
food brands

News: outcoming news to be notified to registrants recurrent infoComming Events
Dog of the month
One Dog killed by Cat
and any news regarding the site teme:


Now to change the Image of news like Tipic you need create and upload one image of this size 60x60 recomendable in gif format always.

and upload and rewrite the image in the follow file in your root:

root/images/topics/news.gif

also if you have other arguments with different imagen you like show you can uopload all your images of each argument there.

Now in admin side:

where you create the argument related to news you fill the spáce as follows:

news or the name of the argument and the image will be news (note dont put the gif extention onli the name of the file)

If you need change the show name in the front end of News go to pages and rename news as you like example: News --> Noticias ; News ----Gossips

all here is only support but i recomend to you test all the features of the Memht CMS is very flexible and easy to do almost al the funtions.

Admin > System > Arguments

images must be in the images/topics folder and must be .gif

images/topics/myimage.gif

in Arguments write myimage without the .gif
