i have to do for some people in my site!

i banned one guy from my site and after 1 week register again with other logins and different IP... i have a big problem with guy, what have to do to STOP for ever register to my site?

well with such guys u have to deal with but blocking his IP is normally quite secure (for 24h ).

is this on or off

maybe one little solution would be maybe a bite more job for you
you could configure the portal like this:
wenn somebody registrates on your site HE will have to confirm his registration by clicking the link in his mail, and then YOU will have to accept his registration in the Admin Panel!

this fuction is OFF!!

but whats the point of that? How i will know if he changed his IP?
I ban BAD users Permanent so why to do it only for 24 hours?

well if you activate this function he will have to activate his Registration with the given like that you sent him by mail!!
if you hate this guy just ban his email adresse and then the mail won't be sent to him!
that means if he really wont's to register to your site he will have to make a new email!

configured like you have gives him the easy possibility to make so many accounts he want with in 1min !!

P.S this is a security reason too!
i would activate this function.

((don't forget to configure you admin email account then))
