Finally the 3.9.0 version has been released. There are several news: File uploading in downloads, new ajax based rating system, user rating system, multiple content submission page, welcome private message editor and many other things, just read the changes txt file.

Note: The portal development will be paused because i'll be unavailable starting from the end of july until the second half of september (and because i want to create new templates and maybe addons).
