Download this fix for 3.9.0 version
or
Fix it manually (all versions):

Open inc/inc_statistics.php, find

$visitorInfo['resolution'] = $_COOKIE['stats_res'];

Replace with

$visitorInfo['resolution'] = preg_replace('`[^0-9x]`is','',$_COOKIE['stats_res']);

Note: Downloadable MemHT Portal 3.9.0 is already fixed
